Real mail travels through the real world, and sometimes the real world is a little rough on envelopes. If your envelope arrives damaged or goes missing, reach out to hello@beeswaxarts.com and I'll send a replacement right away.
Refunds
If the Mail Club isn't the right fit for you, I'm happy to issue a refund. Just reach out at hello@beeswaxarts.com and let me know.
Subscriptions can also be paused or cancelled anytime through your customer account — no need to ask.
